However, anyone from the east coast of Canada is very familiar with this unique treat that has been made here in St. Stephen, New Brunswick since 1885. It is a hard bright pink cinnamon candy that is perfectly accented by a dark chocolate filling. Commonly it is found around Maritimes homes at Christmas time but right now you can find in some especially yummy Ganong Chicken Bone theme treats around St. Stephen!
